PENTAX MEDICAL (PENANG) Project

Penang, Malaysia. PENTAX MEDICAL (PENANG) SDN. BHD. Is the first factory establishment project in Malaysia.

Customs procedures have been simplified for the utilization of Malaysia’s preferential policies for medical devices and the import of raw materials, component parts and machinery directly required for production activities. In addition, PENTAX MEDICAL (PENANG) SDN. BHD. Selected Bayan Lepas FIZ in Penang, Malaysia as a base to ensure the effectiveness of the Free Industrial Area (FIZ), which is exempt from import tax. This project was planned to renovate the rental factory in order to start the business early.

We joined from the investigation stage of the existing building before the Tenancy Agreement, which is the initial stage of the project, and carried out the project management. We minimized our customers’ risks by conducting legal compliance investigations and negotiating Tenancy Agreements. We have realized a factory that enables stable production by organizing design conditions, selecting contractors by bidding, and performing on-site quality control.
