Nippon Konpo (Malaysia) New Bonded warehouse Project

This project is the first building of Nippon Konpo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia to own a new logistics warehouse to expand their own business in the Asian economic area. At the opening ceremony, the representative director of the parent company Nikon Holdings Co., Ltd. also attended and expressed their strong intention to further globalize the Nikon Group.

Plus PM provided a total management from land purchase support to business license acquisition support. In order to realize the requirements from Nippon Konpo (Malaysia), we have persistently discussed and achieved the strict requirements of administrative agencies, fire departments, and electric power companies. This project received “CM Award 2020” from the Japan Construction Management Association.

Project Characteristics

• First self-owned Malaysian logistics warehouse construction project in Malaysia

• Carry out full-scope management from land acquisition to support for business license acquisition, organizing issues related to land purchase and construction contract

• Implementation of discussion in persistent about the requirements with government agency, fire department, and electric power company
