This is a 3,000㎡ Japanese food court project located in Lot 10 Shopping Mall, Bukit Bintang, a downtown area of Kuala Lumpur.

Our achievements in this project include conducting successful negotiation with the building owner (YTL LAND) for our client (Sojitz Corporation) before finalizing the lease, significant reduction of client’s budget with tenderer selection proposal and coordination the overall construction schedule include authority approval during construction stage, provide total construction management until successful opening of the project.

Project Characteristics

• Full-scope management from various authority applications to tender and construction management, including schedule and cost management.

• From negotiation on Client's tenancy terms and conditions to management of its execution.

• Management of technical aspects and progress of all stakeholders on the main construction work, M&E works, interior works and machinery delivery etc.
