AEON MALL Kuching Central

This is AEON’s first shopping mall project in East coast Malaysia. We provided guidance of AEON’s design and construction This is the 27th mall developed by AEON Malaysia.

In this Master Lease project, we provide construction management while fulfilling the differences of understanding on quality and specification between the Owner cum Contractor (Local Developer) and Tenant (AEON).

During the stage when opening is approaching, we visited the site frequently and gave corrective instructions on outstanding works, with our close management, we managed to meet the mall opening schedule safely.
