AEON MALL Phnom Penh

This is a large shopping center project which accommodates 190 tenants including skating rink and cineplex. Plus PM provided basic design check and review implementation design of the main contractor and electrical supervision work during construction. Design & build contract was awarded to a Korean main contractor. There were some issues in procuring of construction materials and labors, the constriction was able to be completed within schedule. During the completion ceremony, Prime Minister has also attended, it is a project which many Cambodian citizens have remarked in the history.
