Project Overview: Hotel Renovation in Kyoto
This project involved the renovation of a new hotel in Kyoto. Following the successful opening of Travelodge Honmachi Osaka in late September 2022, we were once again appointed by a Malaysian investment firm for this development.

The key to this project was supporting the decision-making process among a diverse group of domestic and international stakeholders across hotel ownership, management, and operations. Architecturally, the challenge lay in navigating Kyoto’s uniquely strict public regulations and construction constraints. Our team managed these complexities effectively to ensure all legal and technical requirements were met.

Acting as the central point of contact, we provided comprehensive management that bridged both architectural technicalities and business planning coordination.
